6.3 Deposits from GCash and Maya are credited to your jl17 Wallet instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfers via InstaPay typically post within 1–5 minutes on business days, subject to the sending bank's processing times.
6.4 You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name and matching the name on your verified KYC documents. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those of family members — are not permitted and may trigger account review.
6.5 jl17 does not charge a fee for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which jl17 accepts no responsibility.
6.6 jl17 reserves the right to decline, reverse, or hold any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from a source consistent with your registered account details or that triggers anti-money laundering alerts.
7.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to payment methods that (a) are registered in your own name and (b) match the identity on your verified KYC documents. jl17 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
7.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. There is no maximum single-transaction withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts at standard tiers, though VIP account-specific limits may apply under the Rewards program terms.
7.3 Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of submission for verified accounts. GCash and Maya withdrawals typically complete in under 5 minutes once approved. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.

Points are non-transferable, have no cash value outside the Rewards redemption system, and expire if an Account is inactive for 12 consecutive months.
9.1 All games available on jl17 are governed by their individual game rules, which are displayed within each game interface. In the event of any discrepancy between displayed game rules and these Terms, the displayed game rules shall apply to that specific game's operation.

10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jl17 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
10.2 jl17 monitors account activity using automated and manual review processes. Evidence of any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance pending investigation, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities where legally required.

Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, and force majeure events may cause temporary service interruptions for which jl17 is not liable beyond the return of any in-flight wager amounts.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms limits jl17's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under Philippine consumer protection law.
14.1 jl17 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, where:
14.2 Upon Account closure where no breach by the player is established, any verified real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the registered withdrawal method within 5 business days.
14.3 You may close your jl17 Account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any pending withdrawal approved before the closure request will be processed normally.
